Terms of service
These terms apply to the website at ezpremiumfinance.com, our online payment and signing pages, our agency portal, and the text messages and emails we send (together, the "Services"), offered by EZ Finance LLC ("EZ Finance," "we," "us"). Your premium finance agreement controls your loan; if these terms conflict with your agreement, your agreement controls.
1. About EZ Finance
EZ Finance is a premium finance lender. We pay commercial insurance premiums to insurance companies or their general agents and are repaid in installments under a written premium finance agreement. We are not an insurance company or an insurance agency, we do not sell insurance, and we cannot change, bind or reinstate coverage. Financing is optional; no law requires you to finance your premium in order to buy insurance. We finance business-purpose policies only.
2. Electronic records and signatures
By using our signing pages you agree to sign and receive documents electronically under the Oklahoma Uniform Electronic Transactions Act. We record the date, time, IP address and device used to sign, and a fingerprint (hash) of the document signed. You may request a paper copy of any document at no charge, and you may withdraw consent to electronic notices by writing to us.
3. Online payments
- You may pay by bank account (ACH) at no charge, or by debit or credit card. We do not currently charge a fee for card payments; if that changes, any fee will be shown before you pay and will not apply to debit cards.
- Payment links we send are personal to you and expire. Do not forward them.
- Automatic payments require a separate authorization. You can cancel automatic payments through the payment page or by contacting us at least three business days before a scheduled draft.
- A returned or dishonored payment may result in the returned-payment charge stated in your agreement.
- We will never ask for your full card or bank account number by text message or email.
4. Text message terms
Program name: EZ Finance Account Notifications.
What you’ll receive: account-related messages about your premium finance agreement, such as upcoming and past-due payment reminders, automatic payment notices, payment receipts, links to view or pay your account, and important account notices. We do not send marketing messages through this program.
How you opt in: by checking the text message consent box when you sign your premium finance agreement or on our payment page, or by asking us to enable texts. Consent is not a condition of financing.
Message frequency: varies by account activity, typically 2 to 6 messages per month.
Cost: message and data rates may apply.
Opt out: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one message confirming you have been unsubscribed. Opting out does not stop notices we are required to send by mail or email.

Hours: we send texts between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. in your local time.
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our privacy policy for how we handle your mobile information; we do not share your mobile number or opt-in consent with third parties for marketing.
5. Agency portal
Portal access is available only to insurance agencies and producers holding active Oklahoma licenses that we have verified, and who have signed our producer agreement. Each user must keep sign-in credentials private and use multi-factor sign-in. Information in the portal about insureds may be used only to service those insureds’ insurance and financing.
6. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the Services, attempt to access accounts that are not yours, interfere with their security or operation, or submit false information. We may suspend access to protect accounts or comply with law.
7. Disclaimers and liability
Information on this website is general and is not an offer of credit; every loan is subject to approval and to the terms of a signed agreement. The Services are provided as available. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under your agreement or applicable law.
8. Governing law and changes
